Program Description and Benefits:
The financial services industry, and particularly the trust sector, is facing a significant succession gap as seasoned professionals retire without a deep bench of trained successors ready to step in. Many firms struggle to identify and hire qualified candidates who can seamlessly transition into the complexities of trust administration. A key challenge is the traditional “learning on the job” approach, where new hires gain knowledge informally, often from others who were similarly trained. This model is unsustainable in today’s regulatory and client-driven environment, where expertise, compliance, and trust administration skills are more critical than ever. Join us to learn more about pipeline training programs and how they can be applied to all estate planning disciplines.
